This Privacy Policy explains how Rich Reserve Logistics Inc., operating HSH Local Delivery (a service of Hollister Service Hub), collects, uses, shares, and protects information associated with HSH Local Delivery's website, application, delivery services, and related communications.

Depending on how HSH Local Delivery is used, we may collect:
Account information, such as name, email address, phone number, login information, and account identifiers.
Delivery information, including pickup and delivery addresses, delivery instructions, recipient information, order details, requested delivery windows, and service history.
Transaction information, including delivery charges, refunds, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payment-card information may be processed directly by our payment processor rather than stored by HSH Local Delivery.
Delivery records, which may include photographs, signatures, timestamps, driver notes, delivery status, and other proof-of-delivery information.
Device and technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, security logs, and information necessary to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
Communications, including messages, support requests, feedback, and other communications with HSH Local Delivery.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
HSH Local Delivery may use information to create and maintain accounts; provide delivery estimates and services; process and document orders and payments; communicate about pickups, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and account activity; provide customer support; dispatch and coordinate drivers; prevent fraud and protect customers, drivers, merchants, and HSH Local Delivery; maintain delivery and business records; troubleshoot and improve the service; comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and enforce HSH Local Delivery's Terms and policies.
3. LOCATION AND ROUTING INFORMATION
HSH Local Delivery may process pickup locations, delivery locations, routes, distances, and related geographic information when necessary to provide delivery services.
HSH Local Delivery may use third-party mapping or routing providers to calculate routes, distances, or estimated travel times.
Drivers may also use navigation services while completing deliveries.
4. PAYMENTS
HSH Local Delivery uses third-party payment-processing services to process transactions.
Those providers may collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies and security practices.
HSH Local Delivery may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, limited payment-method details, and other information needed to administer transactions without receiving complete payment-card credentials.
5. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED
HSH Local Delivery may share information when reasonably necessary with drivers so they can perform assigned deliveries; merchants or pickup locations when necessary to identify, obtain, or complete an order; service providers such as hosting, database, email, payment, mapping, security, and technology providers used to operate HSH Local Delivery; and government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, drivers, or the integrity of the service.
HSH Local Delivery does not sell personal information for money.
6. DELIVERY PHOTOS AND PROOF OF DELIVERY
HSH Local Delivery may retain photographs, signatures, timestamps, delivery notes, and related records for operational, security, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping purposes.
Current HSH Local Delivery operational settings contemplate retaining proof-of-delivery records for approximately 120 days, subject to legal requirements, disputes, security needs, backups, and operational changes.
7. DATA RETENTION
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and satisfying legal obligations.
Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
8. SECURITY
HSH Local Delivery uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
No internet-connected system or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
HSH Local Delivery is not intended for children under 13 to create accounts independently, and we do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children under 13 through customer accounts.
If we learn that information was collected from a child in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
10. YOUR CHOICES AND REQUESTS
Users may contact HSH Local Delivery regarding account information or questions concerning their personal information.
Certain records may need to be retained even after an account-related request because of legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction, dispute, or security requirements.

HSH Local Delivery relies on third-party technology and service providers. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
